My career, extending over nearly 30 years in the energy industry, is marked by providing strategic, financing, merger, and acquisition advice.I've been instrumental in advising, structuring, and arranging complex financing solutions for many of the leading energy companies, representing over $500 billion in value. My portfolio also includes capital formation through equity issuance, leveraged loans, and public debt offerings, having led and structured over 50 IPOs.I hold a BA from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Graduate School of Business.Beyond my professional role, I serve on multiple boards:- Strake Jesuit College Preparatory Board of Trustees- TCU Neeley School of Business Board of Advisors- University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business Advisory Council.
