I've been in retail management now for 5 almost 6 years I've developed myself personally and professionally with a vast array of encounters and problems and many good times developing staff and driving success within the company store and team reaching K.P.I. targets whist maintaining productivity throughout all areas. i have also come from a construction background where I learned a work ethic and a hunger for success to ensure satisfaction and security. and has helped me work my way up to the level I'm held at now in regards my work.
