I provide day-to-day Office365 administrative support to various accounts handled by PCM. Further, I provide efficient support such as troubleshooting MS Office Suite, Azure Active Directory, Skype for Business, MS Teams, Sharepoint, Post Migration Issues (Hybrid Configuration, Stage and Cutover), Domain verification, Exchange Online, Onedrive for Business and Powershell scripting. This also includes handling critical support issues and major incidents.I also review cases and ensure that incidents were resolved in an efficient manner with proper documentation, correct procedures and appropriate resolution. Lastly, I provide recommendations regarding system re-configurations (either minor or significant) based on request trends.

As a Service Operations Technician, I perform remote analysis and diagnosis to resolve issues encountered by other internal employees of the company. I assist in finding resolutions for various major incidents concerning internal software and applications.As an Office 365 Administrator, we are responsible for providing service to S&P employees through remote support and incident resolution with primary focus but not limited to Office 365 support pre-migration, during migration, and post-migration. We are trained to provide resolutions to various issues in Outlook, Skype for Business, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Intune.
