Business Development and Contract Management in Service department for global customers

Project manager of product development of measurement systems for particulate emissions-Planning and management of product development projects from concept to market launch -Analysis, introduction and professionalization of project management guidelines and standards -Lateral management of interdisciplinary project teams (hardware and software) -Responsibility for success, quality, deadlines and budget of projects (ongoing project controlling and reporting) -Coordination with internal and external interfaces and stakeholders (such as product management)-Collaboration on overarching strategic initiatives

- Leading and controlling the project teams internally and at the customer's site- Ensuring target-oriented customer communication with coordination of the customer departments involved in the project- Project management with regard to technical progress, quality and costs- Control and integration of process partners (OEM, suppliers)- Control of the change management- Presentation of development progress in status presentations to the customer- Ensuring customer satisfaction

- Clarification of requirements in global emission customer projects - Subproject coordination in the BU or vis-à-vis the project manager - System Engineering of Emission Automation Software for engine and chassis dynamometers - Support for Sales Engineer and Technical Sales Support - Global Emission Automation commissioning for customer projects- Project implementation and support according to Global Order Fulfillment Process- On-site management for commissioning of global emission roller test benches- Joint responsibility for overall project success and customer satisfaction
