CurrentMoving to new kitchen facility on the campus of the Elisabeth Ludeman Center in June 2014. For the first time food production for the residents will be completed on site. New modular design kitchen using 21st century design will allow for greater efficiencies and opportunities to provide improved services. Looking forward to bringing in the new. Daily production management for approximately 420 patients currently. In years previous when Howe Center and Tinley Park Mental Health Center were open, production was as high as 3 meals per day for1500 patients. Ordering food and supplies as well as monitoring compliance with public health guidelines continue to be daily functions. Time keeping and staff discipline are additional areas that require daily attention.
