Appointed as Senior WHS Risk Specialist based in Perth I lead in providing subject matter expertise and advice in the development and ongoing management of Western Power's WHS risk management program and performance.Prior to my current role I worked at AON Insurance Brokers as Client Manager WHS, University of Western Australia (UWA) as Head of Safety and have held a number of senior safety positions at St John of God Health Care and at the Chamber of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA.The senior safety roles that I have held have varied from advisory, consultancy, operational management to strategic planning and execution.With more than 15 years’ experience in OHS leadership and management, I enjoy learning new skills and imparting knowledge to my network to foster personal growth and continuous improvement.Specialised courses I have completed that have further enhanced my skills to lead engage, strategise, coach, mentor and deliver safety culture change and performance improvement include:• Diploma of Organisational Coaching• Cert IV in Workplace and Business Coaching• Diploma Leadership and Management• Lead Auditor WHS and QualityI enjoyed working collaboratively with organisational leaders to understand their objectives and targets to deliver the best outcomes possible as tailored to their needs.I look forward to connecting with work colleagues, organisational leaders, past clients or anyone that’s passionate about workplace safety, wellness, business coaching, organisational development and transformation.
