I am a remote customer support agent for a company that allows professionals and customers to connect to each other for various project they might need assistance with. I assist the professionals to make sure they have the best chances to get hired for the job the customer is looking for by guiding them on proper messaging techniques, how to make their profile pop to the customers, and guiding them on using the platform to its full capabilities. I assist the customers by helping them get in contact with the professional that would best fit the job they have in mind and guide them on what they should be looking for in regards to a professional to hire.
