Our core focus at LISA is automating the claims process (across any insurance line) with cutting edge artificial intelligence and our no code rules based workflow. The LISA platform can handle FNOL, Estimation, Triage, Settlement and the payout of claims.

In my role I have: - Researched and presented market maps and detailed competitive analysis in various industries (graph databases, microgrids, neobanking, life insurance, carbon credits, online privacy, auto mobile marketplaces, residential mortgages & secondary market for private mortgages).- Designed product requirements for a 2 sided marketplace in the automobile industry- Growth and product management for 2 sided marketplace (grew to 12 states)- Presented new opportunities for the company to invest in - Aided in sales process development for B2B SaaS software- Conducted validation work for numerous projects in development to help define product requirements.

Started and scaled both distribution and customer onbaording of the residential Electric Vehicle charging program designed to manage load demand in anticipation of residential charger uptake. Worked on market research and business case design to deploy repurposed electric vehicle batteries for grid level storage. Aided in the design of internal innovation challenge. Established process and methodology for insights gathering and validation through stakeholder interviews.
