As one of founding principals during start-up phase for Confidential Company and its subsidiaries, in addition to working on product development of initial family of public non-traded real estate investment programs, was responsible for overall real estate platform activities including: acquisition target identification and underwriting, due diligence, asset management, marketing development, investor relations and shareholder services.

Conducted property-level and assisted in entity-level financial analysis, directed production and design of all equity investment, debt placement, and corporate profile packaging. Directed acquisition and disposition closing activities. Asset Manager for more than 1Msf of suburban office product. Directed multiple Property Managers and provided oversight to building management activities. Coordinated leasing activities and implemented redevelopment/repositioning efforts.
