At BUCO I held the position of Stock Control Manager and was responsible for ensuring minimal shrinkage, stock management and stock take of two stores namely BUCO Hoedspruit and a smaller store BUCO Acorhnhoek.I managed a small team of five between the two stores. My team and I achieved great success based on our Key Performance Indexes and reduced the shrinkage by roughly R4 million in our first year. This figure was roughly 2.5% of our annual turnover.
