As a player support, I was tasked with assisting players that were having trouble with both inside and outside game issues ranging from a simple game inquiry to an advanced troubleshooting for players with technical issues. I was a Tier 2 player support that was tasked with another discipline which is Account Recovery.

I taught English to students (mostly Asians and the occasional Europeans) that were new to the Language. Mostly in basic grammar, speaking, writing and reading. I was also to give them real life scenarios where English can be of benefit.
