Successfully envisioned, built, created, staffed, and managed the daily operational systems, policy and structure that directly enabled the organization to grow from a small team of 6 to one of over 75 salespeople spread across seven different states with combined gross sales of $150M.

Direct supervision of day-to-day operations of a 30W agent real estate brokerage office that included general admin responsibility, marketing/sales strategy & execution, revenue forecasting/tracking/reporting, IT, accounting, and agent on-boarding/training/development.
