WakeUpNow is an incredibly high paced Network Marketing company focusing on digital products. With WakeUpNow, I took a development team with no processes or guidelines to a team using project documents and UML Diagrams while using an Agile Development process. I am responsible for managing a high performance technology team from Front / Back End Developers to System Engineers. Our team built and managed enterprise level e-commerce software called Iris from the ground up managing thousands of daily transactions. I also built and managed a commissions calculations engine responsible for running millions of dollars in commission payments. My team helped WakeUpNow achieve over $100M in annual sales.- High Performance Team: 8 PHP Developers, 2 QA Testers, 2 System/Network Engineers, 1 web front end developer- Agile process was project based Sprints extending approx. 2 weeks, with daily stand ups- Oversaw infrastructure upgrade from 5,000 users to handle 50,000+ users with full system redundancy and failover.- Technologies: PHP Symfony Framework, Javascript, PHP v. 5.5 & 5.6, Linux CentOS & Ubuntu, Percona MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, GitHub code repositories.- E-Commerce System Iris leveraged full RESTful APIs, and leveraged Doctrine as an ORM solution.- MySQL consisted of a de-normalized schema holding millions of records.

As Hyper’s I.T. Director, I was responsible for using PHP 5, MYSQL, and Javascript to build and maintain the in house CRM, online stores, affiliate integration, and merchant integration. I was responsible for creating and maintaining all databases with MYSQL. We grew Hyper to one of the largest Affiliate Marketing Companies using APIs to connect with hundreds of marketing companies. I managed a team of a designer and a developer while performing my regular duties. Hyper Interactive Media made Inc. 500 and Utah Fast 50 while I was I.T. Director.

SMS AMP was focused on providing businesses an alternative to marketing to their customers using text messaging. I was responsible for building and maintaining the system to provide our customers with an incredibly easy way to build groups and create text message campaigns. This system also managed all customer accounts and auto billing. We were integrated with most of the mobile carrier in the country. This system was written using the LAMP stack, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
