Central Fill / Sr. Mechanical Engineer November 2021 – Present • Supported the Pharmaceutical Central Fill Department by providing custom cost saving solutions for existing conveyor systems• Designed unique add-on modifications to increase production output of pre-existing in-house products • Collaborated with CF installation team by developing custom tools and devices to reduce installation time • Worked with different material vendors to develop custom piece parts and sub-assemblies to support new products and product improvements to existing devices• Collaborated with team members to create customized automated enhancements to pre-existing pill counting machines• Responsible for designing numerous products to successfully support the high-volume packaging product portfolio

- Performed range of motion and operation layouts to develop conceptual designs and details for off-road railroad equipment. Tie Plate Inserter(s), Riding Adzer, Re-gage Machine Group Set (4), Manual Spike Driver and a Riding Production Spiker for rail replacement and re-gaging production gangs. Utilized by: Union Pacific, CSX Canada, BNSF, and NY Subway- Traveled with prototype/conceptual equipment for field evaluation of new trial machines and used this experience to make product improvements for future production machines- Interacted with multiple vendors for product development and component part design- Collaborated with Marketing and Service Departments to develop designs and product improvements- Supported production through ECN process and worked hands on with R&D team
