Mike is an experienced audit partner (2001) who has significant experience with IPO’s, Secondary Offerrings, mergers and acquisitions. Mike has clients that range from large multinational companies to recently formed start-ups. Mike started his career in San Jose, California where he served technology clients. These clients were primarily in the life science (medical device, biopharma), networking, telecommunications, and software sectors. His clients included Cisco Systems, CardioGenesis, Symphonics, and Pete's Brewing Company.Mike spent two years (2005 and 2006) in Amsterdam, Netherlands, where his responsibilities included leading the EMEA efforts on Cisco Systems, Nike, Avery and also the Netherlands operations of Xerox.Mike spent two years (2007 and 2008) in Helsinki, Finland, and Munich, Germany, where his responsibility was the Global Engagement Partner role on Nokia Siemens Networks (now known as Nokia). The Company at the time was the second largest telecommunications company.
