Leadership and Oversight as Real Estate Operations Manager with the transition to the Director of Utilities and Railroad Division. Provide guidance on divisions oversight, such as: organization support, policy and procedures, project schedules, project funding, coordination with inter-agency partners, payment vouchers, industry agreements, right-of-way consultant management, and technological innovations to support division advancement, inventory management of active projects, parcels, excess land, permit administration, and other right-of-way assets. Selected by previous Administration of the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) to improve the core real estate functions, lead efforts to significantly change the culture and create results-based accountability. Charged with providing real estate services for the West Lafayette campus and all other university campuses throughout the state. Responsibilities included creating processes and procedures, taking inventory of real estate portfolio, assisting with master planning, managing leases, and administering acquisitions throughout projects. Performance Accomplishments• Developed a program to identify ownership verification for the University, including records management for all legal documentation and visual materials • Administrated land transfers with the Purdue Research Foundation and private closings for the amount of approximately $256M
