I was responsible for the design of firmwide and niche professional skills training on a variety of programs from Graduate to Director. I led a variety of project design teams to design online and classroom training across subjects including leadership, technology upskilling, relationship building and business acumen. I am also a certified Executive Coach and helped PwC senior executives to reach their potential, including reaching Partnership within the firm.

Providing advice and delivering training across a range of business and leadership subjects. Worked closely with QA, a leading UK training company, to develop executives in areas including leadership, business strategy and managing projects.

Responsible for the team developing RAF strategy, over a 1 to 10 year period, and for building international engagement opportunities.

Senior RAF representative within the British Embassy. Provided specialist input and engaged in international diplomatic liaison.

Responsible for the leadership and operational management of 40 dispersed logistic support professionals. Provided global 24hr logistic support solutions across the Ministry of Defence.

In charge of devising and delivering logistics officer training for over 60 students per year.

Responsible for the instruction of leadership principles and practice to circa 200 Officers per year. Leader of the Instructor Assessment and Training department.

2007-08. Worked within the Joint Logistics HQ in Kandahar, Afghanistan. Co-ordinated UK & Allied Forces logistic movements.2008-09. RAF logistics specialist within the Joint Logistics Office, HQ British Forces Cyprus. Managed UK Defence matters in the sensitive environment of UK-Cypriot diplomacy.

2006 - 2007 Future Concepts and Capabilities. Subject matter expert providing advice into future equipment and capability procurement projects.2004 - 2006 Air Movements Officer. Managed teams of up to 20 logisticians handling military and commercial aircraft, freight and passengers. 2002 - 2004 Transport Manager. Fleet manager of specialist vehicles and mixed workforce of circa 100 people.
