Daily tasks included basic windows and mac troubleshooting, deploying reimages, maintenance of active directory, as well as basic troubleshooting for programs such as Mi9, Microstrategy, the Microsoft Office Suite, the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. Also helped managed the weekly Barracuda backup tapes.
