Scope- Principle lead for six brands across two divisions - eight direct reports- Operational lead for eight MEC disciplines (Planning, Broadcast, Print, Retail, Analytics, Ad Ops, Entertainment, Finance)- Director of global media for Novartis’ three US divisions (OTC, CIBA and Pharma)- Digital trading lead for Novartis to ensure marketplace direction for 20+ brands align with holding company vision- Engage client teams (brand, finance, procurement) in media education to enhance understanding of disciplines purpose and operation- Training administrator responsible for junior staffs comprehension of planning/buying foundations, media basics and industry terminology

Primary Responsibilities- Develop multi-media communication strategies to deliver upon client objectives - Responsible for planning and implementation of all broadcast Upfronts (TV & Radio) with budgets in excess of $180MM annually - Tailor communication plans analyzing the weighting of brand vs. event messaging in addition to MMA results to increase ROI - Direct report to managing partner, oversight of four individuals - Operational lead for six MEC disciplines (Planning, Broadcast, Print, Hispanic, Entertainment, Finance) - Present monthly budget reports to client CFO with annual expenditures of $265-$285MM
