As a Delivery Program Manager, Michael carries the following responsibilities:- Participate in program planning activities and overseeing the delivery of multiple projects in the APJ region and ensure successful program execution - Actively involved in all opportunities for Global Delivery emerging from the Market Unit and Oversee the development of proposals and requests for proposals associated with the opportunity- Participate in Bid Risk Reviews and approve the final risk reviewed Proposals/SOW.- Working closely with the Market Unit Delivery Organization, Program Sponsors and Program Review Boards to facilitate decisions necessary for program delivery- Single escalation point for the project managers in the APJ region.- Resolve political, resource, budgeting, change and legal issues affecting the program- Escalate early issues about the projects / program to Regional Delivery Head and Regional Head- Oversee effective project oversight and reviews to affect program success- Serve as mentor / advisor / decision-maker to project managers for the program for issues related to corporate politics, external politics, client relations, project quality, and project risk- Liaise with Partner Management in price negotiations for the project, resource availability, selections and escalation.
