Reconcile airline billings and prepare remittance report and Check Disbursement Voucher to validate the accuracy of rates used based on the published rate. In charge also in preparing the BIR Form 2307 to be submitted to airlines and forward the summary to General Accounting Department for tallying and submission to BIR. Counterchecks the Charge Invoice if it is properly coded per account and posts it to General Ledger. Participates, cooperates, and comply with all requirements in the documentation, training, implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality System and other activities related to ISO Certification and Total Quality Management (TQM).

• Finance Assistant (Cash Custodian/Billing and Collection). Responsible for the preparation of Billing on Credit Customers, Cargo Insurance and Fuel Charges payable and reconcile monthly schedule of Actual Load of Cargoes per Station. Reconciles the accuracy of balances and postings in the system especially under remittances, unauthorized rates and unreported transactions. Performs Cash Count and daily deposits and counterchecks the Cashier’s Accountability report against cash turnover, cash on hand, dated and postdated check collections. Validates the accuracy of rate used and payments received on the Sales Report versus Official Receipt for walk-in and dated check customers. Oftentimes assists in the training of resources for the upcoming opening of other General Sales Agent (GSA) in various provinces.
