Collaborate with material planner on shipment schedule of the coils.Manage coil inventory management, ensures inventory correctness and accuracy posted in SAPPlan and closely monitor continuous availability of necessary resources.Scheduling of trucks to pick up coils on production plant.Creating Drivers allowance and Fuel requests.Collaborate with Transport coordinator to monitor, process and facilitates company vehicle issuance and registration renewal.Creates Job Order for the damage vehicle.Collaborate with Logistic Coordinator on monitoring of status on VISMIN shipments. Ensure the proper quality and quantity of received / dispatched coils.Ensure compliance on existing company policies and proceduresManage time keeping using myclick.

• Supervise the team's performance towards efficient warehouse operations • Conduct daily team's meeting to review previous shift performance, resolve pending issues, and support operations game plan. • Collaborate with shift planner on shipment download, evaluate shipment plan against capacity and productivity rate • Assess progress of team's performance on hourly basis or as often as needed to keep the team on track against target and/or action plans. • Timely escalate performance and or safety issues to site leadership as necessary • Drive and implement operational productivity improvements.• Support and implement Quality, Health and Safety standards and programs o review and revise standard operating procedure and/or work instructions and conduct process training to ensure quality service and consistent operational execution.• Ensure compliance on existing company policies and procedures• Manage time keeping using kronos system.
