To support this, I administered JIRA, Smartsheet, and Azure DevOps on behalf of the PMO, implementing custom work items, workflows, dashboards, and cross-team reporting capabilities.Led the testing effort for the year-long payment platform replacement project for pse.com, the PSE mobile applications, IVR, and Visual IVR (Sitecore/SAP/Paymentus). This included ownership of the UAT effort as well as defect resolution for post-go-live hypercare support. The project set the new quality benchmark for major technical releases at the company.
