Generating authorization for providers and insurance company as well reviewing and discussing claims related question. I also became a Recovery Specialist for almost 3 years. Which we call insurance company to request for a refund check for claims that was overpaid. After that I transition to a Subrogation Analyst. This time I call law firms and insurance company to check any update for a personal injury related cases or claim which involve our clients. I also send emails to providers for updates. Reviewing medical records to check accident related codes and then send the updated lien/payment log to Law firms and insurance company.Currently working in Dialpad as a Technical Support Representative.
