With a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, my journey has led me to VocalServ as a Contact Center Executive. Here, I address customer inquiries with a blend of interpersonal prowess and project management acumen. My role extends beyond issue resolution, involving meticulous record-keeping and research for diverse projects that enhance customer engagement and service quality.Complementing my role at VocalServ, I serve as a Community Development Service Member with the National Youth Service Corps.
