Making sure the safety of the traveling public and the public inside the airport. i also do a range of task on the checkpoint such as checking for the appropriate documentation so the traveler can fly safely. i follow all instructions that are given to me. i also display great customer service to the passengers when they are flying out. Even when they are irate i remain patient with them and help them throughout their process.

I was responsible for the upkeep of the carpets at Baltimore/Washington International Airport I repaired the carpets to a certain PH balance.. I was also able to interact with the passengers and help direct them to their flight or various locations in the airport.
