Founded and served as CEO of Clear Law Institute, which I sold to Traliant, a PSG portfolio company, in June 2023. I have continued to work with and advise the Traliant executive leadership team and board on corporate strategy, product development, and M&A opportunities.

Clear Law Institute was acquired by Traliant, a PSG portfolio company, in June 2023.Clear Law Institute provides online training on workplace harassment prevention, unconscious bias, diversity and inclusion, code of ethics, and numerous other compliance topics. We provide training for millions of employees of thousands of employers such as Petco, SiriusXM, Citi, Disney, and the NBA. Clear Law also provides hundreds of online continuing education courses on legal, HR, compliance, accounting, and management topics. In addition, Clear Law provides workplace investigations training for dozens of organizations such as Google, FedEx, and the World Bank. We also provide up-to-date HR policies and employee handbooks.

Co-founded and served as co-CEO of a company providing online and on-site training on harassment prevention, internal investigations, and other compliance topics. Grew company from a start-up to ultimately have more than 600 clients, 1.5 million users of our online courses,and 35 employees before selling company.Trained thousands of ethics and compliance officers, human resource professionals, attorneys, and other professionals how to lawfully and effectively conduct internal investigations.Provided investigative training in dozens of public seminars and for numerous organizations such as Boeing, the Coca-Cola Company, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and the World Bank.Hired by the United Nations to consult on its investigative procedures and train UN staff on investigative interviewing techniques in New York, the Congo, and Sierra Leone. Served as an expert witness in cases challenging the adequacy of employer’s investigations.

Investigated and litigated employee misconduct cases against employers across the country. Served as lead attorney on one of DOJ's first class action sexual harassment cases.
