I worked in BVCPS as ‘Integrity Manager &  Investigation Officer’ with core responsibilities to handle and enlightened the integration of ethical, transparent, impartial and constructive  business culture within organization, and established the due standards of clients while delivering services to our valuable textile manufacturers throughout in Pakistan. During my serve I have participated in different training sessions for clear understanding of customer’s protocols, standards and specifications to establish there requirements in concerned product and steps of product flow. I delivered presentations on integrity follow-ups with all stakeholders for indulgent and commitment, conducted surprise visit at sites of inspections and assessments for the evaluation on given tasks, and also determined the transparency and impartiality in services. Responsible to report on all integrity requirements during services according to agreed scales with clients through designed docs by management. All thorough investigations with reporting to all stakeholders in any circumstance have organized by me, and it was not limited to including BVCPS authorities, manufacturer’s strength and customer’s involvement for sustaining the ethical ground of business growth. As a ‘Quality Control Manager’ have +20 quality controllers team deputed on different work stations of Incoming fabric check to cutting, sewing, finishing and packing departs with established authority to restrict the product flow before accept & reject any mishap. Accessory store has also quality checks on each issue and receive material of outsourced supplier. Product development area also have quality checks which organize by quality team with the help of designing, marketing, fabrication and production teams to arrange all samples for customers review. All followed docs of inspections, tests and process quality control designed with Quality Management influence which required reporting on all details and customer quality follow-up on hourly to daily, weekly and monthly basis. The working performance of each controller also determined with the integration of efficiency and equal competency level. Clothing unlimited managed the business under Sri Lankan and local officials controlling the timely deliveries from Pakistan with agreed parameters of certifications and inspections through independent inspection service providers. I served here as a ‘Assistant Manager Quality Operation’ with the team of +10 quality controllers deputed on different products and factories according to there expertise. Quality teams are responsible to act timely on any shortages of process quantities to adhere all the quality parameters of each customer according to standards. All docs have designed by management with the consent of customers to follow during process, and further reported on designated interim and final inspection reports for the release of merchandise. I had learnt here about the optimum utilization of work force at factories, and also gain the diverse tactics to indulge the best possible ways of enforcing quality parameters at all work stations of factories. I left this job after consecutive two years feeling to spend valuable time in processing sites, and upon received a designation of Quality Manager with very reputed manufacturer I stepped out of Clothing Unlimited with honor and lots of best wishes.

Pemcon International Knitwear is a sister concern organization of PEMCON Pakistan Electrical Mechanical & Construction Company with a stitching unit of 400 sewing machines. Business established for developing and exporting the knit apparels to EU and US markets in various constructions, compositions and dyeing / printing applications. As a 'Quality Controller Officer' I have deputed and exchange my responsibilities at different work stations of developing an article to cutting, stitching, accessories and finishing departs. Due to outsourced facilitated knitting, dyeing and printing processes involved, my expertise to handle the fabrics were also utilized by company and given me a chance to locate and process all raw material on behalf of company. Sekwang Industrial (Pvt) Ltd is a foreign textile purchasing office manged by Korean nationals for exporting Knitted fabrics and Sport apparels to California US at there own stitching unit under brand of 'Fast'. I had been initially trained by Korean textile technicians and delivered us the basic education of textile from harvesting of raw cotton to finished dyed fabrics in different composition, constructions and wet processes. All quality manuals and inspection formats designed by Korean technicians to control yarn to finish fabric process with the integration of inspectors performance assessment. After successful in all technical test and inspection training quality officers awarded to perform inspections with team and further after six months of assessment allowed him to perform independent inspections. All physically performed testing of Weight, Color, Size education given and practically performed by technicians with detail reports.I have deputed in various parts of Pakistan to handle the inspection and product flow of each shipment and later report to Karachi office on Quantity and Quality with timely manner.Sekwang has shut the business due to undisclosed reasons, and released the team after given precious knowledge to lead in future and handsome funds to get another opportunity.
