During my time with FNDI, I was charged with the management of two programs with five sub grantees and four tribal programs, located in five states. I developed technical assistance plans and strategies to increase institutional capacity for programmatic success of my sub grantees. I regularly ngaged consultants and topic experts to train grantees in needed areas as well as participated in regional working groups collaborating with multiple organizations, tribes and governmental agencies. I was responsible for management of all aspects of program budgets of more than $700,000 across the two projects. I worked closely with donor program staff to ensure program success, develop materials for program promotion and raising awareness of FNDI program issues as well as working with internal staff to complete and submit donor reports and publications. During my time at FNDI, I participated in organizational event design and execution and was an active participant in grant review committees.

develop and execute comprehensive individual donor program leveraging multi-channel marketing. I work to engage planned givers, annual fund supporters, major donors and principal donors to garner resources and donor loyalty. Responsible for streamlining technical processes and supporting organizational prospect research and track communications while helping manage the development of individual donor-focused fundraising collateral. Additionally, I am part of the strategic leadership team helping guide organizational strategy.

I plan, manage and evaluate our direct marketing campaigns. I am responsible for maintaining and stewarding current individual donors and increasing our new donor pool through physical mail campaigns and online outreach.

Working in the corporate team, I worked to develop and enhance corporate programs, sponsorships and relationships. traveled the country meeting with corporate and corporate foundation donors and prospects to meet program and revenue goals.
