 Provide user support on the Finacle Core and Treasury Application GUI and UNIX environment.  Carryout the End of Day process on Finacle Core and Finacle Treasury.  Ensure timely and complete communication to the client with regard to the status of an incident and the respective management process, Respond to inquiries regarding data and computer security, policies and procedures. Utilize investigative techniques to identify, research, resolve and follow-up on problems, referring appropriate issues to Head, Support Services.  Provide and ensure system support for all incoming calls pertaining to WAN, LAN, application operating systems Ensure all issues are being resolved immediately: Liaise with vendors on support and maintenance.  Install and maintain application software and Hardware on users System.  Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions making use of the Tripwire, Sophos, Solarwinds and Alien-Vault devices and applications.  Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Implement departmental policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.  Educate users where necessary on the Finacle Treasury Application. Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.  Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.  Management of IT inventory and logs.
