It Services Manager, Infrastructure Commuications
CurrentManage Infrastructure Communications personnel consisting of Networking, Telecom, Cable and Wire, Operations and Server Administration. Create budget for Infrastructure Communications functional area of Shasta County Information Technology Department, an ISF, and provide information needed to set rates for the upcoming Fiscal Year. Monitor direct reports, provide feedback on performance and conduct annual performance evaluations. Perform walkthroughs of all potential County sites for lease or purchase and provide quotes for infrastructure required to meet connectivity needs.Work with direct reports to identify projects needing to be performed for the upcoming fiscal year. Once projects have been identified determine list of equipment, training and any professional services that are needed to implement the project and ensure that they are included in the budget. Work with direct reports to create project plans to implement projects. Once project begins manage project until completion. Ensure infrastructure is available to deliver IT services to Shasta County Employees .
