I have over 15 years of experience in and around the business of selling beer, spirits and wine to both on- and off-premise establishments as a sales consultant of an independent alcohol distributor as well as direct to consumer as the manager of a bar and restaurant. I attended Heriot-Watt University's MSc in Brewing and Distilling 2019-2020 receiving my degree in October 2020. By combining this education with my already established skills as a bar manager and wholesale rep I have begun working towards opening up Walkie Talky Brewing Co. which is dedicated to becoming the premiere craft brewery in the United Kingdom by bringing a Post-Punk, DIY ethos of American craft taprooms and culture to Edinburgh, Scotland.
