• Own all financial and operational activities for the Americas Professional Services business with direct responsibility for revenue forecasting, quarter-close, time entry, financial reporting, invoicing and vendor contracts• Spearhead key initiatives to increase profitability for the Americas Professional Services business while maintaining overall responsibility for customer success • Support development of Go-to-Market strategies for new Professional Services offerings to drive revenue growth• Promote operational and delivery excellence via ownership of policies and procedures as well as administration of consultant variable compensation program• Drive billable utilization via strategic staffing to maximize revenue while also working to ensure client success• Review all incoming Professional Services contracts and collaborate with Sales organization as well as customers to ensure work is properly defined and risk is minimized prior to engagement kickoff• Serve as the Executive Sponsor for numerous active Professional Services customer engagements with direct accountability for client success, staffing, executive oversight, escalation management and financials for each engagement• Foster cross-functional relationships across Archer with leaders in Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering and Customer Support to drive both customer success and operational efficiency• Directly supervise a team of consultants and operations personnel with responsibilities including onboarding, training, staffing, project support and career progression

• Delivered Archer Professional Services work on over 100 customer-facing engagements over an 8-year period as a full-time consultant• Managed all phases of client engagements (analyze, design, build, test, deploy); as well as the management of other Archer Professional Services consultants• Collaborated with Professional Services leadership team to develop initiatives aimed at driving revenue and margin for the Professional Services business• Developed strategic plans to enable clients to effectively implement and manage the lifecycle for the Archer platform; deliverables included Strategy Roadmaps, Optimization Assessments, Implementation Blueprints and Process Harmonizations• Supported the Archer Sales team with scoping and in-depth analysis of deliverables to be provided in potential engagements• Conducted training and onboarding processes for new Professional Services consultants, including individual ongoing mentoring• Assisted with the performance of technical and competitive analysis of Archer solutions; including performance, debugging and other operational metrics
