Support the Regional Safety and Loss Prevention Manager in implementing safety guidelines and changes. Responsible for ensuring shift leadership are educated on current safety standards and understand how to respond to accidents and other safety concerns.

Responsible for coordinating and supervising training for all departments on shift.

Supervises the day to day operations of the orderfill team ensuring optimal units can be loaded without sacrificing quality.

Responsible for ensuring quality loads are being loaded by associates for transit. Communicate with stores and transportation vendors to get product from the warehouse to the stores in a timely manner to ensure on time standards are met.

Responsible for inventory of all items within our warehouse and to distribute and receive from company teams.Responsible for ensuring work tickets such as repairs and construction projects were handled in a timely and efficient manner.Ensured that our shop stayed within our budget that I helped create and to find alternative means to save money for our base in the maintenance aspect. Reported to Facilities Officer quarterly about financial readiness and health of our shop to ensure we could carry on maintaining an efficient maintenance schedule.Responsible for conducting inspections on HAZMAT storage and handling, providing spill containment material, and providing receptacles for Hazardous waste.Responsible for ensuring the facilities maintenance shop complies with OSHA standards and advising on the proper way to use and wear safety equipment.Met quarterly with the Commanding Officer and Civilian Safety Coordinator to discuss safety issues on base, and decide corrective measures to improve safety and safety education.
