I'm a Quantitative Finance Analyst supporting the Quant Research Team in the Economic Scenario Generation division of Global Risk Analytics. My work specifically focuses on Climate Risk and the associated model and variable developments. Previously, I rotated through the Counterparty Credit Risk team within the Model Risk Management Group and the Client Protection Insights team within Consumer and Small Business Banking LOB. I recently graduated with my Professional Master's Degree in Biotechnology with concentrations in Pharmaceutical Engineering and a certificate in Engineering Entrepreneurship. My passion lies at the intersection of science and economics. I believe that STEM-based R&D policy can stimulate the economies and industries of developing nations. Transportation, Urban-Planning, Agriculture, Healthcare—all these require an analytical mind with sound reasoning. At the same time, the history and social science classes I have taken equip me with a keen understanding of human interests and interactions; through this, I am able to bridge research and policy. I hope to use my varied background to create sustainable development solutions for 21st century developing nations. In my spare time, I enjoy consolidating future travel plans, taking singing and acting classes, learning new languages, moving heavy weights around, and trying out new recipes.
