Michael co-founded and was Managing Partner of boutique investment banking company Canterbury Hill Advisory (AFSL 235131) for 13 years.Michael was the founding Director of the highly successful Australian Olympic Sailing Team before heading up the Australian Challenger and Chairman of Challenger's Committee for the 35th Americas Cup.Michael was the CEO of the ACT Brumbies and followed this as CEO of AWH, Australia's largest warehousing business and the world's largest wool, cotton and specialist agribusiness logistics/warehousing company. Most recently Michael was the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at Virgin Australia where his portfolio included Fleet, Cost reduction, Regional Airlines and Government Affairs.Currently Group CEO of Equatorial Launch Australia, developers and owners of the Australian Space Centre Cape York. Previously from the Arnhem Space in Northern Territory in June 2022 ELA which conducted Australia's first commercial space launch and NASA's first space launch from a fully commercial Spaceport. ELA launched three NASA rockets in 15 days.
