My first jobs with AT&T were with some of the worst performing organizations in the company. I experienced first hand the type of cultural, organizational and process changes that are required to become a first class performer. I had the opportunity to complete my education during this time and used established practices to supplement key on the job skills which allowed me to develop an expertise in turning organizations around. I took a skills test that defined my strength as follows, "has the ability to sift through large amounts of disparate information and determine a clear concise path forward". I am never happier than when I am trying to fix a process flow that is broken.My current job with Compass Global Logistics provides a plethora of opportunity to positively impact the bottom line. We offer a free analysis of existing operations and are typically able to devise new processes which allow the customer to redeploy headcount while cutting cost.
