The General Manager (GM) is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient and profitable operation ofa club with a focus on driving membership sales. The GM directly reports to the Business Director (BD).The GM will also work closely with and receive direction and guidance from the Fitness Director. TheGM directly manages all other club managers, a team of sales professionals, and any other teammembers in the club who do not report to a Customer Service Manager, Fitness Manager or ProgramManager.
