Responsible for preparing annual technical assistance contract for payment through the financial tracking system by typing 45 wpm with 7,322 key strokes in data entry, interacted with various departments on all levels of the local government, provided world class service to internal and external customers enrolling their children in the program, assisted the director with analyzing data and developing reports, electronically monitored caseloads for non-compliant issues, summarized, and documented in a report format, tracked health services for children enrolled in the program and reported the outcomes to the service area supervisor, coordinated meetings, recorded minutes, distributed, and filed them, maintained calendar of events and appointments, generated reports by the use of queries to prepare the director’s monthly reports, assisted public with information to ensure they meet the criteria in order to qualify for the program, provided training and technical assistance to the all management team on how to implement the mandated electronic tracking software, and met with federal review team every three years we were monitored to explain the record-keeping system and how it plays a major part on non-violation of confidentiality and having documents at your fingertips.
