Currently: Exploring the world of SaaS sales in an effort to create more work-life balance and flex some different muscles. Is it still cool to be a Digital Nomad?Bio: I cut my teeth working for some of the most demanding, rewarding, challenging, and outlandish restaurants in Miami and Philadelphia. I started my restaurant career in High school, prepping salads and subs at a pizzeria in a Miami suburb. I ended my restaurant career at one Michelin starred Thomas Keller's Surf Club in the Four Seasons Surfside property. In between, I was part of 2 different teams that garnered the prestigious 5 Star designation from Forbes along with many other restaurant concepts that I'm proud to have been a part of. I consider myself to be very fortunate to have been mentored by serious Hospitality professionals who challenged me to always rise to the occasion. I took a sabbatical from restaurants to work the 2018 harvest in Oregon. I fell in love with the West Coast and moved to wine country to continue my Hospitality career in a different setting. I have represented one of the founding members of the Willamette Valley and more recently one of the Best Tasting Rooms in the Country as voted on via USA TODAY.
