Current responsibilities include, but not limited to: acting as the principal advisor to the Brigade Commander, making recommendations for initiating or changing standardization policy within the Aviation Brigade, assisting with the development and implementation of the Brigade Standardization Program, and reporting the status of aviator proficiency and its resulting effect on the mission. Served as one of five voting members of the Critical Task Selection Survey for reviewing and revising the U.S. Army's UH-60 Digital ATM.

Served as a non-commissioned officer; team and squad leader with the 1/75th Ranger Regiment. Participated in Operation Just Cause (Panama), Operation Uphold Democracy (Haiti), and various worldwide training exercises and missions. Amassed over 175 parachute drops/jumps. Best Ranger Competition participant.
