Managed the IR/ER environment and any emerging risk whilst maintaining collaborative TU relationships at local and functional level. Successfully managed and strengthened the CAA’s relationship with recognised T/U’s.Reviewed, drafted and updated policies and policy guidelines, in accordance with statutory changes including successful implementation of strategies that supported the delivery of change objectives.Reduced duration of Annual Pay Talks negotiations from weeks to days.Interpreted employment law and good practice guidelines in conflict resolution of disputes both compliantly and commercially. Regular “horizon scanning” sessions with Legal and Corporate Risk Departments. Engaged with external Solicitors in preparation of ET cases.
