• Visually inspect modules, structures, spools and ship loose materials removed from the modules prior to shipment. • Confirm with Shell Quality Team Lead all ship loose materials are removed from the module, ensure ICP’s, Ship loose valves/PRV’s are properly packaged according to packaging specifications, for scope assigned to subcontractor and in accordance to design drawings. • Confirm all strapping and securement is completed per design securement drawings and in accordance with established safety standards. • Ensure that any cosmetic paint touchup or securement issues are correctly addressed prior to shipment. Perform final safety check and sign-off of load before shipment.

• Temporarily assigned to assist the Puerto Rico Power Restoration Project after Hurricane Maria for closeout efforts. • Focused on closing out material control functions, to make all data entry current and clean up backlog of material receipts to achieve proper project closeout and approvals.

• Interfaced with main pipe fabricator responsible for the fabrication of 35,000 spools for the LCCP Project. • Received and issued all materials, and quickly identified shortages to expedite materials required for priority spools, based on needs to support construction work packages. • Worked closely with construction in maintaining the focus and attention needed to deliver spools by work package priorities to maintain field productivity targets. • Learned fabricator procedures and processes to assist them in meeting their targets and ensure success. • Researched other project-related shops and site for surplus materials that could feed fabrication. Enforced safety standards diligently.

• Part of the initial team assigned to site in order to coordinate with construction to set up all warehouse and laydown areas, as early site facilities were being constructed. • At the start of construction, provided direct oversight of receiving and issuing activities for permanent plant equipment and materials, and setup of filing systems to manage all warehouse operations at site during the construction phase. • Enforced safety including performing assessments, education, and rule enforcement.

• Field buyer for piping materials purchasing from global suppliers. • Expeditor responsible for high priority piping and structural steel material that was purchased from global and regional suppliers to support ongoing construction for Fluor’s OSBL scope. • Assigned to assist local content sub-contractors in setting up material procurement procedures and expediting activities to meet construction schedule aligned with Fluor’s global procurement practices. • Developed purchasing, expediting, inspection, receiving, and storage plans for all sub-contractors. • Responsible for the document control between engineering and sub-contractors. • Recognized by project management for significantly helping to improve sub-contractor performance after the implementation, and execution of the above-mentioned procedures and plans. • Developed a close relationship with the sub-contractors leading to recognition of assistance and discipline, which ensured success and increase in productivity.

• Responsible for setting up the field warehousing facilities, and material systems including training of local personnel. • Tasked with managing all personnel in the Material Management team, consisting 100% of local employees. • The setup process included layout design of the warehouse and all laydown areas, organized document filing systems, and maintained warehouse functions and inventories in Fluor’s systems. • Responsible for all Field Material Management functions, closely coordinating with all pipe fabricators identifying shortages to requisitioning and expediting all material. • Responsible for updating BOM’s against field revisions and issued material requisitions for all field mechanical, piping and instrumentation. • Enforced safety including performing assessments, education, and rule enforcement.

• Assigned to be field material manager overseeing material and equipment free-issued to ICA’s modular fabrication yard in Tampico, Mexico. • Responsibilities included close coordination in the US/Mexico border with freight forwarder to assure proper clearance of all piping materials through customs, in order to allow modules to ship back to the USA without issues. • Directly supervised all warehouse personnel and technicians and led warehouse and material related meetings with ICA yard management, and with the client. • Enforced safety including education and rule enforcement.

• Responsible for setting up the field warehousing facilities and automated systems including layout design of the warehouse and laydown areas, organized filing systems, and maintained warehouse functions and inventories in Fluor’s systems. • Responsible for all warehousing functions on a $2.2 Billion TIC Project.
