I researched the potential employees, liaised with internal IT staff and an external service provider to develop the portal and initiated the portal going live and accessible to all newly graduated nurses and midwives. Successfully completed the infrastructure for the project within a 4 week timeframe. • Facilitated the implementation of the HWA Clinical Training Funding Program in the face of opposition from upset stakeholders. Developed open and consistent lines of communication with stakeholders. This ensured the process for each was simplified and that the communication problems were resolved. Recognised previous road blocks to successful implementation included a lack of consistency in information provided due to a breakdown in communication channels.

I had regular meetings with the project team from the aged care provider and provided guidance and developed guidelines based on the Aged Care Regulations for the client centred home-care. • Implementation of Health Program funding initiative. I coordinated the funding for service providers for palliative care grants. I assessed the applications from the applicants and made recommendations for funding to the Executive, prepared funding agreements and initiated the grant payments within the expected timeframe.
