I work as Supervisory General Engineer to support engineering planning work on repair, maintenance, alteration, and construction projects pertaining to buildings, roads, railroads, pavements, grounds, and drainage systems. I serve as the DPW utility POC for the New Hospital Complex at ROB. I review preliminary and final plans, specifications and estimates. I prepare Government fair cost estimates and participate in or conduct design conferences. I work with contract agencies and private utility providers to constantly improve current contractual arrangements and set parameters for all future contracts including supply and operation of the networks for water, power and heat.
