Implementation of workforce management model in DB for cost and headcount forecasting.

As a transformation finance business partner, my role includes managing the financial reporting and advisory for Business and Commercial Banking Chief Operating Office (B&C COO). This involves investment, cost and headcount management for over 28 cost centres. I managed the 2014 budgeting process for B&C COO where I engaged all senior stakeholders to.

Working between the CFO and managing director of Commercial Banking, I was a trusted advisor to the commercial business. This involved working closely with the business leader and management team on strategy design and implementation and reporting the finance performance of the business.

Working as a commercial analyst, I was an integral member of the Business Performance Management team with a direct reporting line for all management information reports into the Barclaycard credit card business.
