We are proud that 2018 had been our most profitable year in more than a decade.In the 4th quarter of 2020 I was a member of the team who partook in the sale of the Rolled Metals Division (The Miller Company and our sister plant in Hemer, Germany) from Diehl to the private equity firm Deutsche Invest Mittelstand. Part of the acquisition process was to acquire financing for all our banking requirements including a line of credit and Hedging capabilities for metal pricing. In July 2021, The Miller Company was successfully sold to Wieland Metal Services in an asset purchase transaction. As a result of the sale, I am a member of the senior management team overseeing the operational wind down of The Miller Company, the line of credit, and hedging facilities.
