I am a highly experienced executive with an extensive background in Finance, Business Development, Sales, Operations, and Management in a number of different industries. My career path has been an eclectic one to say the least. I learned as a young professional that every role is as important as the next and no "job" is more important than another. In order to have a successful operation we all must work as team, everyday we succeed as one unit and learn as one unit. Over the years I have spent much of my time outside of work coaching a number of sports at various levels, if I'm not working I'm most likely on a diamond, a court or the ice rink. My motto with all athletes and teams I spend my time with is simple, get comfortable with being uncomfortable! My coaching method is simple, if everyone gives 100% effort and intensity everyday the team will achieve more than they thought was possible. I coach to prepare young athletes to compete in life, I believe if they commit to this while playing a sport they will undoubtedly find that hurdles in relationships, school and careers will become much easier to leap over!
