As Chief Business Development Officer Michael has a broad and comprehensive knowledge of all matters related to the business of the organization with an eye towards identifying new sales opportunities and driving business growth and requirements for global product development that is coordinated with R&D functions. His core focus is to elaborate business development plans, design and implement processes to support FPL’s global lending platform. During his tenure with FPL, Michael has helped build and maintain high-level contacts with current and prospective partners.Previous to FPL, Michael worked as a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual. He built and managed a clientele of high level executives, business owners and corporations helping them to achieve and maintain their financial objectives. During his time at NMFN, he achieved the company’s Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum performance awards. He also achieved membership into the Million Dollar Round Table, founded in 1927 and the industry’s premier association of financial professionals.

During my tenure at Northwestern Mutual, I built and managed a clientele of high level executives, business owners and corporations helping them to achieve and maintain their financial objectives. My achievements included the company’s Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum performance awards. As well, I achieved membership into the Million Dollar Round Table, a membership founded in 1927 and the industry’s premier association of financial professionals. During my time at Max and Erma's Incorporated I was in charge of all aspects of running restaurant operations. I participated in their pilot Managing Partner program which allowed us to personally invest into our locations. It was my responsibility for creating all budgets and sales goals as well as staffing management and service personnel. We made certain that our brand was involved in the community and created a hometown environment.
