I'm currently working in a cross-functional role across both Performance Marketing and Business Analytics - and loving it! During my time at SPEED, my role has shifted towards a heavier focus on data analytics.The Performance Marketing part of my role involves building, running and monitoring marketing campaigns through different digital platforms including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Snap Ads.This also requires gaining insights from campaign data, as well as reporting on results and insights from campaigns, including using Google Data Studio, and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.The Business Analytics part of my role involves data investigation, analysis and cleaning using Excel, Alteryx Designer and Analytics Canvas, then building out dashboards to display data in a user-friendly way using Power BI and Tableau. I am now working on more in-depth and creative uses for client and media data to add value for clients and provide high-quality outputs.

My role as a DES Employment Consultant is focused on assisting job seekers to find employment that is suitable for them and their circumstances. This includes meeting with job seekers, helping develop job plans and resumes, searching for suitable employment, contacting employers, and marketing job seekers to employers.

Completing tasks to support the hardships department with claims and requests. You will often find me contacting customers, liaising with brokers, sending requests to the credit team, collecting data, and updating systems and registers.

This role pushed me to always be working hard and using every minute of the day effectively. My role also involved visual merchandising and constructing displays as provided by merchandising companies.

This role helped me to develop interpersonal and sales skills in a professional environment, as well as pushing me with time management in a fast-paced environment. It also taught me the value of working in teams to get the job done, and managing customers from a wide range of backgrounds
