Responsible for initial budgets to budget projections, set up cost controls for the project’s change order analyses and evaluations, from bid analyses to contract negotiation.Orange Country Great Park Corporation - El Toro Marine Base.The Great Park is 1,400 acres of urban parkland for the city of Irvine. The park will include a Sports Parks, Botanical Gardens, Large Outdoor Amphitheater with 10,000 seats, Visitation Center, National History Museum, El Toro Museum and Museum of Science, etc. Total estimated cost for the project has a range from $750M to $1.188 billion dollars. San Diego Mercado Mixed-Used Residential/Commercial and Retail Project - (327 Units): Provided Owner Schematic Design Estimates for Mix Use project. Project included below grade parking structure totaling 955 car spaces. The total construction value was $86 million dollars.

Stadium Lofts Apartments (390 Units): The project consisted of four stories, 390 luxury living units (378,281 SF) with 5 levels of concrete parking garage with 850 car parking spaces. The total value was $45 million dollars. Warner Center Apartments (522 Unit): The project consisted of 2 each 4 stories, wood frame multi-family residential building with a total of 522 luxury living units (465,174 SF) and 2 each 5 levels of concrete parking garage totaling 1,046 car parking spaces. The total construction value was $80 million dollars. Alexan Pacific Concorce Apartments (490 Units): The project consisted of two building, four stories, and wood frame building over two levels of concrete underground parking structures. Project has total of 490 luxury living units (345,154 SF) and parking spaces totaling 978. The total construction value was $60 million dollars. UCSD Graduate Student Apartments - La Jolla, California Camps (403 Units): The project was a design build proposal for UCSD graduate student Apartments. Suffolk’s design consisted of four building, four stories configured in two-bedroom with one-bathroom units. The project included 403 apartment units and 810 parking spaces. The project also included student lounges, meeting rooms, vending machine and mail areas, administrative offices and a student operated café. The total construction value was $66 million dollars.
